Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Air Conditioning Maintenance - WS15641

This tender is for the Maintenance of Air Conditioning Units on the CityRail network. Scope includes the following types:

 

·          Single Unit Room Air Conditioning Units (RAC)

·          Split Air – Air Conditioning Units (Split)

·          Ducted-Split Air Conditioning Units (Ducted)

·          Mechanical HVAC Installations

 

The combined Single, Split and Ducted Split systems are estimated to be approximately 1000 ± units and Mechanical HVAC Systems are located in 14 Stations. 

 

A MANDATORY briefing session will be held on Thursday 4^th February 2010 at 10.00 am in the Gordon Meeting Room located on the Ground Floor at the Southern End of 477 Pitt Street, Sydney. Tenderers are requested to confirm their attendance to the briefing session by sending an email quoting the Tender Reference Number, Title and Names of those attending to procurement@railcorp.nsw.gov.au
