Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Provision of Graphic Design, Editorial and Photographic Services - WS12399

The intent of this RFP process is to enter single Supplier agreements or panel arrangements to meet whole of RailCorp requirements.

The Scope of services will include (but not limited to):

·       Graphic Design – incorporating:

-                 Concept design

-                 Document design, layout and typesetting

-                 Creation of Technical diagrams & schematics

·       Editorial services

·       Photographic services

Given the geographical area of RailCorp’s requirement and in most instances the short turn around for these services, prospective respondents must be located within the area bounded by Lithgow, Newcastle, Bowral and Wollongong.

For Photographic Services only, the above geographical requirement does not apply but respondents must be located within NSW.

Respondents for Graphic Design and Editorial Services located outside the above nominated areas will not be considered for this RFP.

 

Respondents are not required to respond to all of the three item categories listed (Graphic Design, Editorial Services and Photographic Services).  Responses may be made for individual categories; however, all components within a category must be addressed in order to be considered.

 

The contract period for the Services shall be for two (2) years with an option to extend for a further three (3) one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of RailCorp.

A briefing will be held Wednesday 20 January.

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
