Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Panel for the Station Passenger Information (SPI) Power and Data Cabling - 07/02003

The Station Passenger Information (SPI) team, within the ICT, is responsible for installation and maintenance of all SPI projects and devices with installations geographically bounded by the RailCorp electric train network. This Tender application is for the establishment of a Priced Panel of providers for the supply and installation of power and data cabling and related works. A Panel of up to four organisations (the Panel) will be formed for the Services. The final number of Panel Members shall be at the sole discretion of RailCorp. Separate briefs or scope of services will be issued for individual projects and the paid based on the schedule of rate items tendered. The Registrants must note that the panel is a priced panel and the lowest priced registrant will be the first preferred registrant and likely to receive more work. The Services will be required over a period of 12 months with an option to extend by two 12 month periods at the discretion of RailCorp.
