Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Pre-Registration for Extension of Panels for Building Works to Stations, Buildings and Depots - 07/08008P

Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) intends to extend the Panels of Building Contractors for station buildings and depot upgrading and invites organisations to register for inclusion on one or more of these Panels. Contractors who are already on the panel are not required to submit new submissions. The Station, Building and Depot Upgrading Program involves both major and minor works throughout the network. Individual projects may range in value from $5,000 to over $3 million, with projects occasionally up to approximately $10 million. The Panels of Contractors will be maintained for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment of the new Panels and RailCorp at its sole discretion may extend the period by up to a further two (2), twelve (12) month periods. Pre-Registrations will ONLY be considered from organisations with a satisfactory financial history and having suitable Quality, Environmental Management and OHS&R Management Systems in place at the time of Pre-Registration.
