The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit responses from suitable service providers who can meet RailCorp requirements in relation to the C&CS Cisco VoIP system in the following areas:
" Provision of a 24 x 7 x 365 Help Desk facility for the logging of faults and assigning of those faults to appropriate technical resources.
" Fault rectification support to agreed SLAs
" Assist RailCorp with IPCC Express scripting design and implementation in a call centre environment.
" Assist RailCorp with adhoc administration, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades and possible expansions of the current C&CS Cisco VoIP system.
" Account management services including reporting and regular service meetings.
