Tender Details

RailCorp will award a Contract for the design and construction of a new 3 ½ level multi deck car park structure on the site of the existing at grade Holsworthy station commuter car park

RailCorp will award a Contract for the design and construction of a new 3½ level multi-deck car park structure on the site of the existing at grade Holsworthy station commuter car park.

The car park will have capacity for a minimum of 520 cars, connect to the existing multi-deck car park on site and will contain a passenger lift with access to all levels.

The Contractor will be required to develop concept plans into a detailed design, through the production of detailed drawings suitable for construction purposes. At several hold points during the design phase the Contractor must submit the developed designs to the stakeholders for review.

In addition to the design and construction of the multi deck car park, the Contractor shall design and construct an interim carpark on land adjacent to the nearby Moorebank Sports Club off Heathcote Road. This carpark must have sufficient capacity to hold all cars displaced by the construction of the multi-deck structure. The Contractor must provide safe access from the interim carpark to Holsworthy Station through an upgrade of the footpath, lighting and CCTV to comply with all relevant Australian and RailCorp standards. The carpark must be ready for use before the Contractor commences its site establishment for the multi-deck carpark.
