The Scope of Services encompasses the development and implementation of an Enterprise ICT solution consisting of an integrated Contract Management System (CMS) and Fleet Management System (FMS). The CMS/FMS solution provides RailCorp with an effective risk mitigation strategy for the overall contract management of the $3.4bn Rollingstock PPP Project, as well as enabling RailCorp to meet its commercial and fleet management obligations for information sharing inclusive of a Business-to-Business Gateway
