This Request for Tender (RFT) specifies RailCorps requirements for the development of an Information Lifecycle Management target architecture and roadmap that will support the need for RailCorp to align its storage and access of business information with the value of that information as it changes over time.

The purpose of the document is to communicate these requirements to professional services organisations to use as a basis for developing a proposal for the provision of services.

RailCorp envisages the proposals by Tenderers in response to this RFT will cover a scoping study and a design document (Stage 1) for a lump sum fixed price based on RailCorp Panel Contract P07001 conditions.

Stage 2 will be for the detailed design and detailed planning selected projects arising from Stage 1 based on the Stage 1 design. RailCorp may confine invitation of Stage 2 to the Stage 1 recommended Tenderer subject to satisfactory Stage 1 performance and lodgement of an acceptable offer for Stage 2.

 

 

This Preamble is in summary form only for the convenience of Tenderers and must not be relied upon by Tenderers.  It is subject to the detailed requirements in Parts A-D of this Request for Tender Document (the "RFT").
