10. EVALUATION OF TenderS

In general, the evaluation process will seek to identify the most beneficial Tender to RailCorp having regard to all relevant evaluation criteria.

The criteria to be adopted for evaluation of Tenders are set out below:

1. General compliance with the requirements of the RFT.

2. Candidate Selection Criteria as described in the Position Brief

3. Demonstrated past performance of Tenderer in providing similar services (Referee checks)

4. The total overall cost and value for money to RailCorp.

The criteria are not listed in any special order and may not be accorded equal weight.

During the evaluation of the Tenders, RailCorp may, engage in discussion with any Tenderer for the purpose of clarifying its Tender. Tenderers must co-operate fully in good faith and in a timely manner in any discussion initiated by RailCorp.

RailCorp reserves the right to make enquiries of any person, or organisation (including clients of the Tenderer), to assist in establishing the suitability of the Tenderer.
