Review of all relevant background material, reports, construction timetable etc as supplied by RailCorp or ARTC in order to develop understanding of lands to be acquired for Southern Sydney Freight Line Project - SSFL.
Participate in and finalise negotiations with Department of Planning, National Parks and Wildlife Service and Department of Defence as necessary to resolve specific land purchase arrangements for nominated sites in the SSFL project
Undertake and complete the acquisition of lands required for the SSFL project in accordance with RailCorp statutory power to acquire land by agreement or by compulsory process
