This Condition Survey is part of the ongoing program of surveys and inspections RailCorp conducts to monitor the condition of its assets in order to inform its ongoing asset management planning

This Condition Survey is part of the ongoing program of surveys and inspections RailCorp conducts to monitor the condition of its assets in order to inform its ongoing asset management planning. The objective of the Condition Survey is to assess the condition of key assets located at selected RailCorp sites. RailCorp will use the data collected under this consultancy to:

-Record the current condition of assets associated with buildings, functional areas, grounds and services

-Estimate the current cost to replace, upgrade or maintain elements of buildings, functional areas and grounds.

-Update its Asset Management Plan

-Add to its processes for monitoring of compliance

-Standardise location and asset nomenclature across the RailCorp portfolio
