Tender Details

RailCorp is seeking tenders from suitably qualified vendors for the periodic servicing and supply of the Unit Pump Injectors / injector sets (UPIs) as used in the XPT fleet’s 21 Paxman 12VP185 engines.

There are in total twenty-four and a half (24.5) injector sets, comprising twelve (12) UPIs per set.  There are nineteen (19) engines in service, with two spare engines and 3.5 sets of UPIs for maintenance purposes.

The period for this contract is from date of commencement until 30 June 2012 with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months at the sole discretion of RailCorp.

The Contractor must be an authorized agent for the servicing of MAN/Delphi unit pump injectors – type KCVOT, as fitted to MAN (formerly Alstom) Engines Paxman Division VP185 engines.
