Tender Details
Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) is a New South Wales Government Agency constituted under the Transport Administration Act 1988 (NSW), with responsibility for the provision of passenger rail services within New South Wales.
RailCorp is building an IP based Operations Critical Data Network (OCDN) to replace its existing ATM data network. All organisational divisions within RailCorp currently rely upon the ATM, and in the future, the OCDN to transport administration and operational services and data.
Communications and Control Systems Division (C&CS) is the owner and maintainer of the existing ATM network and it’s replacement, the OCDN. C&CS has established a small project team to manage the construction and commissioning of the OCDN, migration of services off ATM and onto the OCDN and decommissioning of the old ATM Network.
It is the workshopping, preparation and testing of detailed designs and implementation work instructions required for the migration of existing services off the ATM network and onto the OCDN that is the focus of this request for tender.

In order to gain access to the Request For Tender documents, Tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email to tenderinfo@railcorp.nsw.gov.au and include the following:

Tenderers using Apple’s Macintosh computers should use Firefox as a web browser to access the tender documents over the internet, once access is provided.
Conditions for Participation
Following the registration of their interest in the RFT by sending an email to tenderinfo@railcorp.nsw.gov.au, tenderers will only be provided with a complete set of the tender documents once they have provided evidence that demonstrates their compliance with the mandatory criteria set out in Items 5(d) and (e) of the RFT Information - please refer to the attached WS43589 Part A Invitation.doc
