Tender Details

The scope of work required under this Contract comprises the provision of level 4 maintenance support services for RailCorp’s network of Brocade NetIron and FastIron Series of Routers and Switches. The network supports business and operations critical applications including Electrical SCADA, Passenger Information, Station LAN and CCTV Services. Currently, the network consists of 36 Brocade NetIron MLX-4 Series Routers and 70 Brocade FastIron. The actual number of equipment varies from time to time depending on customer requests and network configuration which may vary throughout the term of the Contract. The following support services are required under the contract:

 

1.       The provision of level 4 support as defined in the Scope of work in the tender;

2.       Advance Hardware Replacement;

3.       Software support;

4.       Telephone support; and

5.       The sale to RailCorp of spare parts, test aids and consumables, however, RailCorp may purchase such items from alternate sources.
