The purpose of RFP is to provide RailCorp with a cost effective logistics/order fulfilment solution in the receipting, inventory management, warehousing and distribution of RailCorp sales support material. Materials will include: CountryLink passenger rail tickets, Brochures; Pamphlets; Posters; Timetables; and Promotional Items; Exhibition Material; and Modular Exhibition Display Stands. The successful Tenderer/s must have facilities to enable orders for items from: RailCorp Staff & Stations; CountryLink’s Aus & O/S travel agencies.

A briefing session will be held at 2.30pm Tuesday 8th June at RailCorp offices in 18 Lee St, Sydney.

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
