Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Supply Agreements for the Supply and Installation of Rock Bolts, Rockfall Mesh, Shotcrete and Devegetation Works - WS22880

RailCorp is seeking schedule of rates for the following:

1.   Rock Removal and De-vegetation including but not limited to:-

·    Site establishment and disestablishment;

·    Setup of anchor points;

·   Supply all relevant minor plant and equipment (kanga hammer, generators, etc);

·  All trees, shrubs, and rocks are to be lowered to the bottom of cutting, where trees branches will be removed to the end of the cutting, mulched and removed, rocks stock pile at site;

·   All cut stumps are to be poisoned immediately with coloured herbicide.

2.  Rock bolts and rockfall mesh to cutting including but not limited to:-

·   Supply and installation of rock-bolts and rockfall mesh, using crane(s) or Elevated Work Platforms including compressors, drilling equipment, grout, water and other required plant and materials;

·  Supply of skilled labour with RISI card; and

·  QA documentation.

3.  Supply and installation of fibrecrete and shotcrete including but not limited to:-

The cleaning and preparation of cutting faces, drilling, supply and grouting of galvanised dowels and galvanised mesh, supply and installation of core-drain and 75mm thick fibrecrete or shotcrete.
