Treatment & Disposal of Scheduled & Non-Scheduled PCB Contaminated Waste Oil.
The work will include collection of the waste oil from site, transport to the Waste Treatment Facility and treatment of the waste oil per Clause 3.6.
The oil may require collection either as bulk oil (i.e., pumped out from the Principal’s tanks into the Contractor’s tanks) or as packaged oil (i.e., in 205 litre drums or 1000 litre IBC). The packaged oil containers become the property of the Contractor.
The Contractor is to provide the hoses and pumping equipment for bulk collections.
The waste oil will arise from time to time in varying quantities over the duration of the Contract.
