At Coffs Harbour Substation 330 kV Substation, the Auxiliary Services Building is to be extended with the workshop relocated into the extension and the existing workshop refurbished into office space. All internal and external painted surfaces of the Auxiliary Services Building are to be re-painted.
At Koolkhan Substation 132 kV Substation, the roof of the Auxiliary Services Building is to be replaced and all painted surfaces (internal and external) are to be repainted.

A mandatory site inspection will be held for tenderers. The site inspections will be conducted at the following times:
Koolkhan SS Summerland Way (Casino Rd), north of Junction Hill via Grafton - 8.00am Tuesday 05th December 2006
Coffs Harbour SS Casuarina Lane, off Upper Orara Road, turn south off Coramba Rd at Karangi - 11.00am Same day
NOTE: The travel time between the two substations is approximately one (1) hour.
Parties interested in submitting a tender must attend both site inspections and shall notify Neil Mitchell, Project Engineer of their intended attendance by telephoning 02-4967-8774 or 04-2932-4480.
All persons attending the site inspection must wear safety helmets, long sleeve shirts, long trousers, enclosed safety footwear and high-visibility shirts or vests.
