Tender Details
The Works cover primarily the construction of single circuit 330kV towers. These towers are to be located on the easement and directly underneath the existing Newcastle to Vales Point 330kV line (Line No. 24) at Hawkmount. This shall facilitate the loop in and out of Line 24 into the Eraring 330kV Switchyard via the Eraring 330kV corridor. Also, there will some minor works including removal of redundant spans and jumpers.
The work will involve the design and supply of approximately two single circuit, lattice steel towers, installation of foundations, tower erection, the stringing of conductors and overhead earthwires.
