Valuation Services are required to determine compensation assessments under the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 for the acquisition of Easements, Property Rights (Restrictive Covenants) and land if necessary in relation to the construction of a high voltage transmission line between Sydney West Substation at Wallgrove and the Principal’s new Holroyd Substation.
