TransGrid / Refurbishment of Wagga Admin Building East Wing - Q55/10

The following technical details refer to the refurbishment of the Principal’s Administration building – East Wing. It involves but is not limited to the following

·         Removal of a wall between Projects Officer and existing Project Managers Office

·         Removal of curtains and blinds

·         Gutting and fitting out of a meal room

·         New ceiling (unless specified) & lighting through out the whole East Wing

·         New floor covering through out the entire East Wing except Gymnasium Room

·         Painting of entire East Wing

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenderers shall attend the mandatory inspection of the Site to fully acquaint themselves with the Site and the Works required.

A Site inspection for tenderers has been arranged and shall be undertaken on the site at TransGrid Depot, 14 Copland Street, Wagga Wagga on 6^th July 2010 at 10.00am.
