The Principal requires the successful tenderer to provide four components of the change management process:
· The preparation and delivery of training for Leaders in the ‘interpersonal’ skills of undertaking performance reviews with their direct reports.
· Assistance with developing supporting material to be used in conjunction with the training program
· Present an overview to the Executive team. The presentation shall include details of the components of the training program and the responsibilities of senior management to ensure implementation and change management strategies are successful.
· The provision of follow-up coaching for Leaders as component of the training program and on an as-required basis for twelve months from date of order.
It is anticipates that the interpersonal skills training and coaching will be provided to approximately 100 managers and team leaders.
