Tender Details

The Works include:

· Design, supply, installation and commissioning of a diesel driven fire pump set (and associated pipe work) complying with this specification and AS2941 Fixed fire protection installations – Pumpset systems.

· Design, supply, and installation of a pumphouse enclosure room in accordance with this specification and the relevant Australian Standards.

· Establishment of kerbed gravel surfacing surrounding pump enclosure and pipe work.

· Provide clear instructions, familiarisation and training on the operation and maintenance of all new plant.

· Provide maintenance schedule, procedures and check sheets for all new plant.

· Provide manufacturers manuals and drawings.

· Information for fitments and de-fitments.

· Testing and Commissioning of Plant.

Mandatory Site Inspection

A mandatory site inspection will be held on Wednesday 14/4/2010 commencing at 10:00am at Sydney West Substation, 200 Old Wallgrove Road, Eastern Creek.
