IT Project Services Period Agreement
TransGid requires the provision of various services associated with the delivery of a substantial portfolio of projects. TransGrid wishes to establish IT Project Services period agreements with suppliers in order to resource the portfolio of projects. This Period Agreement provides for 8 (eight) service categories: 1. Business Analyst - Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst 2. System Analyst – Senior Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst 3. Software Developer – Senior .Net developer, .Net Developer, SharePoint Developer, BI Developer, K2 Blackpearl Developer 4. Project Manager - Senior Project Manager, Project Manager 5. Test Manager and Tester 6. Technical Writer 7. Senior Infrastructure Engineer 8. Solution Architect. The Principal reserves the right to establish agreements with multiple Tenderers for the same Service category. Tenderers may be appointed to one or more of the service categories however must be able to satisfy at least 3 of the service categories. Offers will be considered and period agreements established with successful Tenderers for each of the service categories. The Period Agreement will operate for an initial period of 24 months from the date of the Purchase Order, with an option to extend the Period Agreement for an additional 24 months from the authorised completion date of the Period Agreement at the sole discretion of the Principal.
