Central Coast Council / Construction of GPT's at San Remo, Buff Point and Budgewoi - CPA/247920

Three (3) proposed GPT’s located within approximately 5km of each other are to be simultaneously constructed over a 12 week period.  The proposed GPT’s are similar in that they will all be dry sump GPT’s, and all have been designed by the same designer using similar specifications.

The full Scope of the Work under the contract is outlined in the Technical Specification.  However in summary, the works include but are not limited to the following:

 - Preconstruction activities and documentation as specified

 - Locate and protect utility services prior to works

 - Supply and implement effective safety and environmental controls and monitor during works.

 - Provide suitable all weather vehicular access to worksite

 - Setout works

 - Partially demolish existing wall in existing channel

 - Carry out all necessary earthworks to achieve design levels for the new GPT system.

 - Supply and construct all Concrete and Rock components for the new GPT system.

 - Supply/Fabricate and install all Steelwork components for the new GPT system

 - Construct new permanent driveway and piped crossover with headwalls, as specified.

 - Supply and install new safety fencing and gate

 - Restore construction sites, storage area/s, and adjacent roadway to pre-construction condition or better.
