Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

SEED’s technical environment must be consistently updated to maintain the critical service it provides the NSW community. SEED was last modernised in 2020 which brought it in line with best practice at the time. Since then, significant technological advances have been made which offer opportunities for SEED to deliver a more efficient and reliable service. The items to be procured include:

- reduced manual testing of new functionality and bugs

- implementing a non-production environment that mirrors the production environment to enhance confidence during testing

- enhance security

- reduce single person dependencies by creating administrative guides for each of SEED's environments
