Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

• Develop end to end customer and employee journey maps and designs to improve experience for customers and employees, streamlining processes, improving quality and enabling scalability in line with the Biodiversity scheme vision and strategy.

• Provide advice to the Senior Executives and Project Team Leads on customer satisfaction measures, customer experience strategies, programs, initiatives and emerging issues to enable customer-centric strategic decision processes and major or critical issues responses

• Build and create design prototypes and mock up to demonstrate re-imagined digital processes and engage a delivery partner to support

• Manage a lean process analyst to identify opportunities for process streamlining and to document as is and to be processes

• Identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery through online delivery, digital forms, mobile apps, chat bots and other technologies to optimise customer and employee experience.

• Engagement is to 30 June 2024
