EnergyCo engaged a suitably qualified and experienced professional services contractor (the Service Provider) to undertake LiDAR investigations to complete the reference design and inform the environmental assessment for the HTP Project. 

The Service Provider is responsible for providing, leading and coordinating the provision of Site Investigations required to develop and completed LiDAR survey model, including all reporting.
