Tender Details
Mt Murchison entails the removal of an unlicensed illegal concrete weir structure that was free formed presumably on an existing rock bar in the Darling Baaka River
The existing Mt. Murchison Weir is a fixed crest concrete weir, which is about 1 to 1.5 m high, and about 10 to 15 m long across an incised channel. It is presumably within a rocky reef, near the left (southern) abutment of the Darling Baaka River. The weir structure may be formed by concrete placed on old steel farm equipment.
