Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / Thredbo Valley Track Extension - Elevated Platform 603 - SR2733054449

NPWS is seeking tenders from experienced Contractors for the design and construction of an elevated platform that will form the final component of the 38 kilometre shared use Thredbo Valley Track in Kosciuszko National Park.  The elevated platform will traverse an area of identified geo-technical hazards and cross-slope in close proximity to the Thredbo River.  The finished structure will link the Thredbo Valley Track Extension to the Thredbo River Day Use Area.  The location of the elevated platform will also provide many National Park users the opportunity to view and experience the beautiful Thredbo River on an easy short walk from Thredbo River Day Use Area.

Mandatory Pre-tender Briefing - Attendance to the Pre-tender Briefing is mandatory. The briefing will be held at Kosciuszko National Park, NSW, 2627 on Thursday 15th April 2021 (time TBA). An online meeting will also be organised for those who cannot attend at the site. Failure to attend will disqualify the applicant’s submission.
