Tender Details

The Dismantling  and removal of an existing fire tower at the Salt Caves Precinct Timmallallie National Park to the Baradine Parks and Wildlife Service Depot,

and subsequently the

 Supply and Construction of a new Fire Tower / Public Viewing Platform at the Salt Caves Precinct Timmallallie National Park as per provided Contract specifications.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Conditions for Participation

Tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site inspection / meeting. Those wishing to attend the site inspection are to register their intent by either phoning David Wurst on 02 6843 4009 or email david.wurst@environment.nsw.gov.au, by no later than 12:00hrs Monday 19 December 2011.

Two dates have been made available for the site inspections either Tuesday 20 or Wednesday 21 December 2011.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery

The period for Completion is:  14   calendar weeks from the date possession is given of sufficient of the Site to allow carrying out of the Works to begin.
