This Expression of Interest (EOI) opportunity aims to identify the level of interest in undertaking commercial vessel operations (tours) from The Pass, Cape Byron State Conservation Area. The EOI will ensure the suitability of proponents based on their proposed activities and response to the evaluation criteria provided in this EOI.
The EOI opportunity and licensing of a select number of commercial vessel operators ensures the activity is appropriately regulated in the interest of public safety, reserve management and visitor services offered.
