OEH is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a lease for a period of 5 years, with a 5-year option, to operate a cafe providing good value sit-down and takeaway meals, coffee, tea and other refreshments of a high standard in the former Post Office within Hartley Historic Site, at Hartley.

All inspections of the premises by persons wishing to submit an EOI must be by prior appointment with the Site Manager, OEH. In order to be a valid EOI, prospective proponents must have undertaken a site visit with the Site Manager (or nominated OEH representative/s).
