A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on the date, at the time and at the place indicated below: 21 September 2011. The program for the meeting is: - 11:00 - Meet at National Parks and Wildlife Office Khancoban NSW - 11:00-11:40 - travel to site (Bourkes Gorge Number 1) - 11:40-13:30 - site briefing - 13:30-14:10 - depart site and return to office(s) Note that the site is located behind a locked gate which is located at the junction of the Alpine Way and Bourkes Gorge Road. Tenderers who miss the meeting point will not be able to gain access directly to the site. The Contact Person will be available at that time to answer Tenderers’ queries. Attendance by Tenderers at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory and Tenderers’ attendance will be recorded. Failure to attend will result in the Tenderer’s tender being passed over. |
