Tender Details
NPWS is seeking tenders from experienced food and beverage operators for the sustainable, commercially viable management of Conservation Hut under a lease for a proposed term of 5 years with an additional 5-year option.
Suitably qualified operators are invited to submit business proposals that focus on the provision of quality visitor services through food and beverage operations and the promotion of the environmental and cultural values of the site.
The successful respondent will have experience in food and beverage operations, skills in marketing and an ability to take responsibility for the ongoing conservation and maintenance of the premises in collaboration with NPWS.
