Tender Details

The Site is part of the Visitor Circulation Precinct - Old Seal Theatre area and demolished aviary area in Taronga Zoo at Mosman. The proposed development is a refurbishment of the area to create seating, landscaping areas and slope stabilisation. The site has been cleared and carefully demolished to retain the footprint of the former aviaries sites, which are considered as having high significance in the zoo's conservation strategy.

Tender documents will be issued to the above tenderers. A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on site at CWI&O Building with details advised with the document transmittal.
