A Mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on the date, at the time and at the place indicated below:

Date: 10/10/2013

Meeting Time: 11am

Meeting Place: Eucumbene Dam Wall

Conduct of Meeting: Depart Eucumbene Dam wall, through locked gate, along Happy Jacks Road to the site (travel time 30 minutes). Site Visit – 2 hours. Travel west along Happy Jacks Road, through locked gate to the intersection with Cabramurra – Khancoban Road (travel time 20 minutes).

Details of the site visit are included in Figures 1, 2 & 3 to the Conditions of Tendering.

The Contact Person will be available if a pre-tender meeting is required at that time to answer Tenderers’ queries.

Only companies that attend the Mandatory Site Visit will be eligible to submit a tender for the Works.
