The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease the Bald Hill Tourist Mine within the Hill End Historic Site. An initial five year lease with a five year option is being offered.

 

 

 

The property is offered in its current condition and respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of the site, its structures, services and equipment.

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

In order to submit a conforming EoI respondents MUST undertake an inspection of the premises.

An inspection of the premises will be available on Tuesday 19 April and Saturday 23 April2016 between 10 am and 1 pm. The Saturday 23 April 2016 inspection date will coincide with an event being held at the site. Intention to attend an inspection day must be registered prior to the day. All other inspections are strictly by appointment only.
