Tender Details

The Contract is for the construction of a new Lemur Forest Adventure in the heart of Taronga Zoo.  The main elements comprise construction of:
* Animal night house facility approximately 100 m2
* Lemur forest walkthrough approximately 430 m2
* Forest playground area approximately 560 m2
* Aquatic engineered pond and waterfall
* Aquatic and services plantroom approximately 35 m2
* 90 metre long concrete access ramp 

The Contract Works require multi trades including demolition, excavation, underpinning, concreting, masonry, carpentry, fixtures & joinery, roofing, windows, structural steel, metalwork, rendering, painting, hard & soft landscaping, theming, hotwires, electrical services, aquatic services, asphalt roadworks, playground equipment and rubber softfall.
