Tender Details
National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) receives nearly 52 million visits a year with a large majority of this visitation happening in the 45 Park Use Fee (PUF) collecting parks. NPWS require a range of PUF collateral to provision park use fees in both an online and offline environment including the use of materials such as passes, vehicle stickers, envelopes, receipt books and posters.
The aim of this tender is to source quotes for the print production and distribution of the NPWS PUF collateral for a contract period of two (2) years with an option for a further contract extension of two one-year periods. The intention is that the one print company would produce all components of the park use fee product range with distribution by a third-party provider to at least one or up to 12 locations across NSW. Some collateral is required on demand and printing for this would be on an ad hoc basis with a minimum print run as specified in the tender.
In this tender OEH seeks to:
- Obtain the best value for money for the supply of Park Use Fee collateral;
- Obtain a quality supply that meets the requirements;
- Increasing the efficiency of resources using OEH buying power, efficient technologies and services in accordance with the NSW Government Resource Efficiency Policy;
- Ensure that the printing of stock is produced in a timely manner to enable delivery within or on expected delivery dates following order confirmation;
- Obtain a streamlined system to purchase ad hoc orders during the period of the contract
