The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease the kiosk facility within the Roto House Historic Site, in Port Macquarie - or propose an alternative use for the facility. An initial 3 year term with a 2 year option is being offered. The internal floor space is approximately 45m²  and includes a recently modified kitchen wing. A further 143m² timber deck to the south of the house and part of the verandah of the house is also available for non-exclusive use. The premises are offered in their current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of building, services and facilities of the property/site

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

In order to submit a confroming EOI respondents MUST undertake an inspection of the premises.

An inspection of the premises will be available on 7 April 2016 between 10am and 12pm. All other inspections are strictly by appointment only.
