Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / Art Workshop and Gallery Opportunity - Woolshed - Hartley Historic Site - Hartley NSW - 13/HHS1803

OEH is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested proponents for occupation, under a retail licence, of part of the historic Woolshed, within Hartley Historic Site, as a workspace and gallery providing original and unique artworks of a high standard.

All inspections of the premises by persons wishing to submit an EOI must be by prior appointment with the Project Manager, OEH. In order to be a valid EOI, prospective proponents must have undertaken a site visit with the Project Manager (or nominated OEH representative/s). 

Site inspections will be carried out at 10:00am and 2:00pm on Friday 5^th April, 2013.  Appointments may be made by telephoning (02) 6355 2258.
