Tender Details

The project involves the procurement and implementation of the following three core functionalities / modules:

 

• Module 1: Internal Learning Management (Employees and Volunteers)

• Module 2: Employee Performance Management and Development

• Module 3: Learning Management of external training delivery, which may be accredited or non-accredited

 

Taronga has a preference for solutions that meet all three core functional areas / modules. However, submissions which provide a ‘best of breed’ solution meeting one of the core functionalities / modules will also be entertained, provided that integration to other parts of the solution/modules are available and may be easily achieved, per the below table:

The objective of the overall tender is to procure and implement a system that meets the internal and external training and performance management needs of the organisation within the project budget.

The system must:

• assist with the management of Taronga’s internal learning and performance development needs; and

 

• facilitate the provision of external training (accredited [RTO] and non-accredited).
