Tender Details

Penders is a State Significant site, situated within the Mimosa Rocks National PArks. The purpose of this contract is to undertake building works on the Myer House (originally built for Kenneth Myers and designed by Roy Grounds), to adddress a number of long term maintenance issues such as re roofing the building, addresing plumbing, electrical and heating issues and to upgrade the bathrooms and kitchen, in a manner that is in keeping with the cultural values of the site. The works will need to be carrired out in accordance with the technical specifications provided as part of the tender documentation.
