Tender Details

The Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) and the New South Wales Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) are inviting Expressions of Interests (EOI) from organisations to deliver Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) services across a variety of public buildings and infrastructure located within these respective jurisdictions.

EPC is a specific method of delivering energy and water conservation measures, whereby one service provider is responsible for the design, project management and installation stages of the project. Further, in an EPC project, the service provider is required to guarantee the energy and water savings delivered by the project, and provide measurement and verification of project outcomes.

The Victorian government will be using this opportunity to refresh its current EPC Panel; whilst the New South Wales government will be seeking to establish a new EPC Panel. Organisations will have the opportunity to apply for one or both jurisdictions.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
