Conducting emissions, fuel consumption and noise testing on selected two Pacific National locomotives to verify OEM emissions reduction and fuel economy claims from Tier O+ emissions upgrade kits. Testing will be conducted in two set ups: 1) rebuild to the original standard, and 2) rebuild with emissions upgrade kit.
