Additional Details / Instructions
There will be a site meeting on Thursday 27 September 2012 at 10:30am. This site meeting is not compulsory, but will be the only opportunity to discuss the project with the Principal on site.Tenderers are encouraged to visit the site either at the meeting or on their own to assist with preparation of the Tender Submission.
By tendering, the Tenderer agrees that the Principal may gather, monitor, assess and communicate information about the Tenderer’s performance and capacity.
All tenders will be evaluated using some or all of the following criteria:
Price, Methodology, Program, Experience, Safety & Environmental Sydtems, Insurances & Undertaking To Comply With Code Of Practice And Implementation Guidelines
When a scoring system is used to assist in tender evaluation, the ratio of price to non-price criteria will be 50:50. 50:50.
If required, submit additional information, by the stipulated date and time, to allow further consideration of the tender before any tender is accepted. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the tender being passed over or evaluated without the additional information.
Tenders which do not comply with any requirement of, or which contain conditions or qualifications not required or allowed by the tender documents may be passed over.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
The period for Completion is: 6 calendar weeks from the
date possession is given of sufficient of the Site to allow
carrying out of the Works to begin.
