Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / Project Controls Services for Hunter Transmission Project - SR4387885076

The Hunter Transmission Project seeks to engage qualified and experienced suppliers for Project Control services to support development and delivery of the project. Services include: 

Project Controls management and integration - Services are required up to Q4 2026. This involves the overall management and leadership of the project control workstreams, project accounting, supplier contractor management, document control and reporting services.  

Scheduling - Services are required up to Q2 2026. This involves the development and maintenance of the master schedule, and review of schedules submitted through the Network Operator and design and construction contractor procurement processes. 

Cost advisory - Services are required up to Q2 2025. This involves the preparation of cost estimates, cost evaluations, quantitative risk analysis and input into tender and contract documentation during the design and construction contractor procurement process.

• The Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 applies to this procurement

• A government agency may conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the procurement
