Tender Details
The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of up to 10.08km of conservation fencing at a future reserve in Shanes Park, western Sydney to facilitate the establishment of a Feral Predator-free Area (FPFA), and reintroduction of locally extinct fauna species. The scope will involve vegetation management, the construction of fire trails (including drainage infrastructure and creek crossings), and the installation of a predator proof fence.
The project is part of NSW Government’s strategy to protect threatened and declining species from the impacts of feral animals.
