Tender Details
The Bicentennial National Trail (BNT) is a multi-use trail stretching from Queensland to Victoria. Formerly called the National Horse Trail, the BNT is now intended for horse riding, cycling and walking. The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) plan to realign the section of trail between Geehi Picnic and Camping Area (PCA) and Tom Groggin PCA within Upper Murray Area, Kosciuszko National Park.
It is expected that this project will be carried out in stages over approximately two financial years. This contract is for the works in 2012/2013 only – Stage 1. It is part of a suite of trail construction works that will take place in the Southern Ranges Region over the next few years.

No pre-tender meeting will be held. However, tenderers are encouraged to visit the site and walk the proposed route. An electronic GPS data file of the route is available from Fluer Urquhart, contact number: 0427 652 814.
Tenderer’s should follow appropriate WHS procedure prior to walking the alignment. Contact Fluer Urquhart for advice on site conditions
